Theme - Critical Accountability Issues for Practitioners of Accountability in Health

The Theme:
The theme ‘Critical Accountability Issues for Practitioners of Accountability in Health ‘ is fixed for the first accountability lab for facilitating clarity among practitioners on the various perspectives on accountability such as promoted by World Bank, international donor agencies and the like vis-a-vis that is promoted by COPASAH. It will cover twos lectures with discussion as given in the schedule. Session by Abhijit is aimed to lay out theoretical issues and perspectives; the one by Jashodhara is intended to demonstrate the practitioner and citizen centric perspectives as seen in a process around maternal health rights.

Objectives:
- To facilitate discussions on some of the critical areas of perspectives among COPASAH members
- To discuss pathways to strengthen COPASAH and to increase the contribution as well as participation of members
