Sharda Sewa Sansthan

Context

Sharda Sewa Sanstahn is working in 1 district of Uttar Pradesh i.e.1. 5 Village Panchayats (9 village) of Pardaha block of Mau district. The aim of Sharda Sewa Sansthan is to ensure their entitlements and rights (Right to work, food, health, Open Gram Sabha and other entitlements) specially rural women, women empowerment, Education, RTI and health.

Approaches to implementing Community monitoring/accountability

We participatory approach within organization as well as community level.
  • They have accountable for role and responsibilities.
  • We life with community, eat with community and share with community.
  • We have formed the CBO, CBOs identify their problem, we analyse the problem and present the problem.
  • We have provide them knowledge & skill, motivating them for intervention and finally
