Sri Sachchidanand Sikshan Sansthan is working in 2 district of Uttar Pradesh i.e.
1. 10 Gram Panchayats  of Harahua block of Varanasi district-
Activity: Right to work,Right to food, Open Gram sabha, health issues, and other entitlements specially for rural women
2. 35 Villages of Chahania block of Chandauli district-
Activity:  Women empowerment,Women Education,Balwadi,Advocacy for open Gram Sabha and other entitlements,Gumti Library,Scholorship,social entrepreneurship development  and health.

Approaches to implementing Community monitoring/accountability

We believed in participatory approach within organization as well as community level.
  • We have formed the CBO, CBOs identify their problem, we analyse the problem and present the problem.
  • We have provide them motivational support, visioning support, belief and knowledge 
  • They decide their role and responsibilities.

Results and lessons

In this process we have learned following steps-
  • Community realise their  own problem.
  • Community involve in the process of problem  identification .
  • Community involve in the process of Realization of the problem.
  • Community involve in the process of Reason of the problem.
  • Process of Acceptability of the problem .
  • With the consultation of organization Community involve in the solution process  of the problem.
