Uganet Network on Law Ethics and HIV/AIDS (UGANET) is a non- governmental organisation that was established in 1995 to bring together organisations and individuals who are interested in advocating for development and strengthening of an appropriate policy, legal human rights and ethical response to HIV/AIDS in Uganda.

In most districts we have seen leaders deliver but ensuring hospitals have drugs and we have learnt that community members can hold their leaders accountable better.
